Last night the NFL began its first round of their 2016 Draft.

The night was full of surprises and tears as the NCAA’s top talent were selected to begin their next journey; a dream fulfilled.

As usual, the discussion was not on who would be selected first as the Los Angeles Rams were put on the clock. Many mock drafts put California Quarterback, Jared Goff, as the pick and we were not left with any surprises.

Instead, the surprises began on the red carpet where each player arrived in fashion. Each player donned their most attractive suits, and most did not disappoint in making a statement. Ezekiel Elliot, running back for Ohio State University, shelled out the carpet’s most surprising attire, flashing a crop top shirt under his jacket. The internet went wild over his shirt choice with many mixed reviews. But one thing is for sure, he let himself be known!

Here is some reactions to his daring outfit:

Elliot’s night did not go unsatisfied. After being one of the trending topics on twitter, Elliot was selected as the fourth pick of the draft by the Dallas Cowboys.

Elliot shared his twitter fame with another one of NCAA’s top talents, Ole Miss OT, Laremy Tunsil. Tunsil, an early favorite as the No. 1 NFL Draft pick, did not receive such a hilarious reaction to his twitter stardom.

Moments before the Draft, a video of Tunsil smoking a gas mask bong surfaced on his own account causing extreme shock.

The video was removed quite quickly, but not in time for teams to become aware. Tunsil issued a response that included an apology to the NFL and a promise to continue being a hardworking player. The video was enough to remove him from some team boards, such as the Baltimore Ravens.

Thankfully, Tunsil bounced back and was drafted No. 13 with the Miami Dolphins.

So what now?

Tonight the 2nd and 3rd rounds begin at 7 p.m. ET.

The first round left some top talent and prospective first round talent up for grabs.

One of the most surprising being UCLA OLB, Myles Jack.

Jack was a potential top-five pick, but after admitting his knee injury might require surgery many teams obviously agreed this wasn’t a chance they could risk in the first round.

We still think he will go pretty quickly in the 2nd round, but where? TUNE IN TONIGHT!
